ARTFUL INTERIORS IS OPENING A SECOND LOCATION SOON!
I’m excited to share the news that sometime next month, we’re opening a new, larger space. Our new space will be located in the historic, “Cotton Mill Exchange” in Canton, Georgia. It will feature 48,000 square feet and eventually over 200 vendors all in one unique “shopping” venue. Anchors in the Cotton Mill Exchange already include the manufacturing and retail tasting room for Reformation Brewery. Additional restaurants are opening first quarter 2020 and a river outfitter with kayaks, etc for floating on the adjacent Etowah River.
Artful Interiors will have 5 times the space we currently do, at our first location at the Milton Barn. In our new space, we will have an area dedicated to Mid-century and industrial looks, as well as a dedicated space to our signautre “coast and cottage” looks.
We’re waiting for our final Certificate Occupancy (Canton Fire Marshall). It’s literally a 118 year old cotton mill manufacturing building that is being extensively renovated. Due to the nature of it’s incredible hardscapes (brick walls and iron pipes!), antique flooring, and walls there are to be expected a myriad of “issues” that come along with a renovation of a building of this type.
