Conference Room. . .

This week I’ve been putting some finishing touches on a commercial project. I’ve ordered a custom conference room table that is going to really give a statement — a”live edge” maple top, stained in a darker Pecan. I’ll attach the website below. Their stuff will look awesome with the other items my clients and I have selected. Some of them are pictured below.

One of the partners of the firm is an avid hunter. Using his love of the outdoors, I tried to find some distressed leather chairs for his office as well as some leather chairs with casters to go around the live edge conference table.

Check out the wonderful items from White X White. I’ve never purchased from them before, but the leather is great. It is lightly distressed and looks perfect to sit back and smoke a cigar in while swirling your glass of cold bourbon. Great for a man’s office, no? Also Zentique – they have some great leather options right now too.

And…using Loloi’s new Trinty rugs to give a bit of grounding of color for the very “masculine” area. I’m wanting to balance out all the warm tones with some bits of color. Boring beige on the walls? Never. Always pushing my awesome clients to do something different.

We pulled out the old carpeting and installed hardwoods over the President’s Birthday weekend in order to minimize the impact on the workers within the firm. Rugs come next week. Chairs this week.

For wonderful “live edge” pieces, I’ve chosen Camilla House. The conference table will be over 9′ long and of course is custom so not ready yet. But, when finished in a few weeks, it should look something like the one I dragged and dropped below:

Paint colors are Sherwin Williams.

Shoji White for the baseboards, Analytical Grey for the conference room and offices, and Antler Velvet for the hallways and baths (I couldn’t resist continuing the hunting theme).
